The RS MSUS features a Raschel knitting machine with parallel weft insertion operated with three or, in some applications, with two guide bars. Stretched weft and filler threads interlaced, normally of high-strength polyester yarns in layers of 90° and/or 0°, give the fabrics their own look. The knitting threads of the front guide bars fix them according to pattern. To be highlighted are the extremely high tear and tear propagation strengths of textile fabrics. Both closed fabrics and scrims with product-relevant openings in over 6 m working widths in utmost quality and optimal productivity underline the efficiency of up-to-date textile machinery building.
