KARL MAYER Direct Warping Machines for warp knitting fulfil in every respect the requirements of KARL MAYER warp-knitting machines for identical beam circumferences.

Perfectly-coordinated creel systems, feeding aggregates and brake synchronisation grant our customers high profits. The control system guarantees speeds of up to 1 200 m/min for all operational conditions, during start/stop phase and machine running. Also with delicate yarns within the range of 1 mm, there are nearly no deviations in the beam circumferences.

An easy operation and a rapid change-over to different yarn parameters are a matter of course for the KARL MAYER warping units.

Our highly-intelligent brake synchronisation systems guarantee that the yarn sheet is under permanent control - even during the 0,6 seconds necessary to stop the brake application of 1 200 m.

KARL MAYER warping units grant high efficiency for the further processing by the warping machines.
