KARL MAYER Hot and Cold-Draw-warping units for drawing, intermingling and warping of polyester and polyamide yarns in one process. Fields of application: warp knitting and weaving.

More than 200 draw warping units for polyester, polyamide and monofilaments stand for the great success of KARL MAYER draw-warping units.
Our creel systems, draw aggregates and intermingling reeds guarantee our customers high efficiency.
Speeds of up to 1.000 m/min. are achieved by computer control with each operation condition and start/ stop phase.
Nearly no differences in circumference, neither in case of delicate yarns in the range of 1 mm referring to the warp-beam circumference.
Easy operation as well as quick conversion to different yarn parameters are a matter of course for KARL MAYER draw-warping units.
An intermingling reed arrangement guaranteeing a gentle yarn treatment ensures clean yarn cohesion for proper further processing.
