Core of the unit is the process control of all the functions. Single-motor-driven unwinding frames coordinated with one another for size box, cylinder dryer and beaming machine guarantee highest uniformity in all operational conditions.

A size box with steep bath and drip channel ensures uniform sizing.

Laser-end-break detection arranged in the sizing separation safeguard any yarn breakage. A double-storey air chamber in counter-current procedure and a drying cylinder guarantee minimum residual moisture for a perfect warper-beam build-up.

A leasing device in front of the size box guarantees the yarn separation according to the number of the direct-beaming rollers. A second leasing device can be applied before the beaming machine.
