MOTION CONTROL
controls all the main motions on the machine, except the electronic guide bar drive. A well-tried and perfected technology exactly controls the functions, via electronic drives:
· motion of the main shaft for inching speed and rapid motion
· control of the yarn quantity of the individual warp beams via different yarn let-off programs, with and without feeler roller function.
· control of the fabric take-up
· control of the batching devices
SINGLE SPEED
is the new standard facility for a user-defined linear operation of the entire warp knitting machine
MULTI SPEED
for the first time providing a sequential machine operation depending on the knitting lines, from yarn feeding to fabric batching
